We’re Aixon, a new AI tool built to help people apply for jobs smarter, not harder.

We’re looking for a part-time content creator who can turn ideas into engaging videos, visuals, and social posts. You’ll collaborate with our strategist (already onboard) and bring skits, memes, and helpful moments to life across platforms like YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

This isn’t a corporate content role. It’s creative-first, async, and built for someone who loves playing with ideas, understands visual storytelling, and wants their work to actually ship.

What You’ll Do

• Turn concepts, post outlines, or skit scripts into polished video content (15–60 seconds)
• Create scroll-stopping visuals for Twitter and LinkedIn (memes, carousels, product highlights)
• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Descript — or anything you’re comfortable with
• Edit and optimize content for platform specs and tone (Reels vs. Shorts vs. X posts)
• Coordinate async with our strategist and founder — feedback is fast and collaborative

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Basic editing skills (snappy cuts, music/SFX, memes, captions)
• Strong sense of timing, tone, and visual hooks — you know how to keep attention
• Bonus: experience with productivity, job search, or startup content (or love learning fast)
