At AixonAI, we’re on a mission to make job applications smarter, with AI tools that actually help people get hired. Behind the scenes, there’s a lot that goes into keeping things moving, hiring, support, social media, research, systems, you name it.

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate (Intern), a sharp, resourceful all-rounder who can wear many hats and figure things out on the go.

This isn’t just an admin role. You’ll be part operations, part hiring support, part content, part assistant, and 100% valuable to how we run and grow AixonAI.

What You’ll Do

• Help coordinate hiring: from screening resumes to scheduling interviews
• Handle general admin tasks (docs, databases, research, process updates)
• Support our social media presence, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, etc.
• Organize internal systems, update content, respond to emails or DMs
• Be a second brain for the founder, keeping things organized, prioritized, and moving
• Step into anything new that pops up, because it will

• You’re proactive, organized, and quick to pick up new tools
• You write clearly and communicate with confidence
• You love helping things run smoothly and supporting a team
• You’re curious about startups, AI tools, and how real businesses are built
• Bonus: You’ve managed content, hiring tasks, or handled operations before
